15th August 2020 marked the 74th Independence Day of India. The feeling of patriotism was evoked in our samites as they attended the online session dressed as freedom fighters. Our teachers explained the importance of freedom and why we celebrate the Independence Day.
Children had an opportunity to know about our freedom fighters who laid down their lives to give us a better place to live. Our samites and teachers made Independence Day cards using the tri colours
With heads held high, our teachers and samites recited the national anthem invoking the spirit of freedom
